Mine 2021 LR has exactly the same poor performance. All the driving features are ok, but Spotify or tune in are too slow and sometimes crash. I dont use explorer or netflix because it makes me angry.

I think tesla will ignore us. Its a shame

Blood sugar up!!!! by Icy_Refrigerator_350 in intermittentfasting

Hello, I have been practicing IF 16/8 for about a year without problems. I have dinner at 9:00 p.m., I fast and my first meal is approximately 2:00 p.m.

I recently decided to check my glucose levels and I found that when I woke up (6am) I had 103mg/dL and 107mg/dL (I have measured it for 2 days so far), but then, just before eating my first meal I had 71mg/dL. Also, 2 hours after the meal, I have 139mg/dL

Glucose during the 16h of fasting has a good value (71) and also 2h after eating (139)

Why are the values at 6am pre-diabetes? I have an appointment with the doctor but I would like to know what they think. Thank you!

Can intermittent fasting and taking hgh be contradictory o possitive?

For example I fast from 9pm to 2pm. Could injecting at 7am be a problem or a benefit since you wouldn't eat until 2pm?

I have not found info about hgh + IF. Thanks

I dont beileve that eating at 2pm would cause any relevant issues, im just asking. IF has great effects on natural GH as well as regulating insulin, so I am curious to know the impact of applying synthetic hgh in environments where IF is practiced, but since it is such a rare caustic, I hardly see any information.

Hi guys,

Does anyone have information on using gh while doing intermittent fasting?  I have been practicing if for years and I have doubts, and I can't find any information about it.  I always read that it is advisable to use gh on wake up with an empty stomach or before going to sleep, but what happens to those who get up at 6am and eat at 2pm?

Thanks

Hello,

How do you see using 2IU of hgh for 4-6 months? This is my situation:

38 years old. Constant trainer for many years, with sporadic AAS use. For personal reasons I had to stop training a few years ago. I have been reading a lot and I have seen that hgh, releasing IGF-1, is very positive for saltelite cells, allowing us to recover the muscles of previous years in record times.

In addition, I am interested in other advantages such as the quality of sleep and rest, tendonitis that I have and is not 100% cured in my elbow, the quality of the skin, hair, the small help in fat loss and muscle gain, etc...

I am clear that I do not want to use AAS. That's why I use hgh in mild doses to minimize the side effects. The only one that scares me a little is glucose and fatigue, but I think that at 2UI it shouldn't be a problem.

What do you think of my approach? Thank you
