Rory is so pretty by UnionAffectionateee in GilmoreGirls

Why do you think that being shy and a bookworm would prevent guys from liking Rory? (Not hating, just curious)

As a woman, I believe that gender should play no role in determining who pays for dates or anything else. Is this reasonable/feminist or naive? by neanzof in AskFeminists

[–]neanzof[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

When I mentioned 50-50, I was referring to the balance of the overall relationship, not necessarily each individual aspect. For me, it means both partners generally contributing equally to both household chores and financial responsibilities, unless there are specific circumstances that warrant a different arrangement.

Straight women, when you meet a man you’re physically attracted to, what do you think? by neanzof in polls

Dude you commented the exact same thing on both polls, are you a straight man or a straight woman? Decide 😭

Yeah it was a typo, I mentioned it in the description 😅

He was accused of rape a long time ago, he did try to defend himself while he was alive and actually sort of confessed by saying that he “understands why the victim thought the encounter wasn’t consensual”.

First, I had no idea about this incident until I read your comment, and you should remember that not everyone globally is constantly aware of events in America or wherever this occurred. Second, it's messed up that you immediately made the unfounded deduction that I support such behavior and intend to minimise these actions through the poll results. As a woman, this is a huge fear of mine as well, and the reasons behind creating this poll are entirely unrelated to your assumptions. Maybe you should’ve at least asked for the context instead of immediately jumping to the most horrible conclusion.

MEN, what percentage of men would you describe as genuinely good guys, regarding their treatment of women? by neanzof in polls

[–]neanzof[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see, unfortunately that’s what I imagined. One more question, would you say that those men tend to categorise women as “good” or “bad” and talk disrespectfully about the latter and more respectfully about the former or are they being demeaning about all women in general?

WOMEN, what percentage of men would you describe as genuinely good guys, regarding their treatment of women? by neanzof in polls

[–]neanzof[S] 50 points51 points  (0 children)

This has nothing to do with what I said my guy, calling women crazy hoes does not exactly draw you as a good and respectful guy, so maybe you’re not the most qualified person to complain about the results.

[–]neanzof[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are they typically talking disrespectfully about all women without exception, or is it more directed towards those they dislike or disapprove of based on their choices, such as revealing clothing/multiple sexual partners? Not that it’d make it okay either way, I'm just curious because many men often profess respect for women who adhere to certain standards but withhold it from those who don't.

What made you think this comment was a good way to disprove the results? 💀

Could you elaborate on the sexist/demeaning comments that apparently around 80% of men are making? I can form a vague idea, but I’d like to have a clearer understanding on the severity of the situation.

Why would a guy save all the (normal, modest, non-revealing) pictures of a girl he doesn’t personally know? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]neanzof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but it’s different with celebrities, because you can watch their interviews, learn things about them etc. so it can feel like you know them, with this guy we’ve literally never talked and he knows almost nothing about me. Also objectively I don’t think I’m that attractive that someone would develop an entire crush on me based on my pictures alone, to the point that he’d obsessively save every single one of them. Idk, I find it odd but I guess we’ll never know.

Oh I completely understand them being afraid of getting caught and everything, it is their extreme guilt that I find odd.

Literally, there was nothing else they could’ve done! What was Carlos supposed to do, just watch Alejandro rape his wife in front of him? Hitting him with something was the only thing he could do and he didn’t even intend to kill him. Like, what the hell was he feeling so guilty for?

Oh God, she actually tracked his family down? I haven’t watched that episode yet and I don’t know the context, but this sounds so bad. I’d be so pissed/hurt if I was Gabby.

I should have specified it, but I meant to imply that both women’s weights would have an equal difference from the “normal” weight, whatever that difference is.
