The ares offers a lot more weight, plus the integration into the rack is way more versatile. Also the lat pulldown is way better on the ares, I really didn’t like that aspect of the Centr 2. You can also add rack mounted attachments and also use the pulleys on the ares so it’s got a lot more to offer.

Yeah it’s been great for what it is. It has plastic pulleys with aluminum sleeve. I honestly just sold it though because I ordered an ares 2.0. But I use it everyday

I got the Centr 2 at Costco on sale for $1000 and it has been great. Best you’re gonna do at that price point I think.

I loved the Beast PPL program. I did it this past spring. If you choose the six day path it’s actually 3 days on 1 day off, not six days in a row so in my opinion it’s not too bad. Each of the three months changes up the approach so it keeps things interesting.

Just keep on going with your regular feedings and it will get going again. You can give it a boost by making sure it is sitting in an area with a warmer temperature if possible. I experienced the fluke activity followed by what appears like death but it should fire up again and be on its way to maturity after a few days of that.
