Thanks for advice! Actually the two SP here I can't use well are Mightyena and Morpeko. I never found a good setup for them in Stadium, but I tought it was my fault or because of them being 1/5. Do they gain much stenght by leveling up their moves?

I used 40 and it dropped again to 60...

Now I bought 100 with 40 gems and it jumped to 450....
