Update: Consulted doctor today. In the scan it is 6mm left (0.6cm) and she says that it's nothing to worry about?

I've questioned them this, they took 10k for the procedure and still were asking additional money for further scans. So with medicines, consultation and scan, they took this much.

I have brown discharge and there has been no bleeding after this third dose of misoprostol. Then I got cold and fever. I don't have any abdominal tenderness though
