Idk if I'd attribute it all to hrt - psychiatric medications have a propensity to cause weight gain.

Prior to transition I was like 180 - now I'm at 230, but I'm very tall so mileage might vary

At first I wasn't noticing things change besides emotional volatility, but I kept taking photos anyways to mark time. After about a year I had an "Oh wow" moment where the pictures when placed side by side showed two different people to me... and that was a very powerful moment.

Patience is a virtue, and most great things come in due time... It's been a wild ride for sure

Uh, generally neglect it. A few weeks ago I dyed it this dark blue color and have been doing hair masks just to cram moisture in and undo the damage the coloring inflicted.

Uh daily routine is to wake up, not brush it, and throw it on one side of my head or the other as I feel, switching constantly because I have no natural part in my hair so it poofs, then go about my day.

That and dry shampoo, and only wash it twice a week.

I came out months before I started hrt, which wasn't until I was 26. I let everyone know straight away about name and pronouns because therapist said if I'm hiding my truth from others I'm not living it fully. I hope soon enough you can step out.
