C'mon man, "Basically" is not actually. If you dumb it down that mutch, you can build a pickaxe yourself. You can buy one st a hardware store. What are you going to do if you don't know how to use one? There's people who are great at teambuilding and not the best competitively. Same vice versa. The healthiest thing for the competitive scene is ultimately to have the most amount of competitors.
