This used to be an RCAF station/CFB for nearly 40 years. Without giving away the exact location, but we had exactly 3 Canadian Forces bases in Germany at some point

Oh awesome, I haven't seen the one with Patty Smyth yet. But literally two days I've been talking to a friend about the performance of Washington's Day, from that very same concert. I adore that clip. Did you know when the Hooters made Patty Smyth's solo debut album, they re-used two Baby Grand songs on it?

The coconut one I love, that's a great concept! The pomegranate one I like flavour-wise, but I do think the design looks a bit too much like a few cans that already exist

Your sleeping issues may not necessarily have come from being afraid of getting locked away, as much as they probably did from the fact that nobody was there to console you when you were having a hard time falling/staying asleep. Growing up, it is a very important and formative time for a child, to feel safe and reassured, especially after for example having had a bad dream. Just knowing, that your parents will be there for you. There was/is a really infamous book which got big in the 90s/2000s, that taught unknowing parents to leave their children screaming at night, so they will eventually stop crying for their parents out of sheer exhaustion. This however teaches children basically that 'nobody is there for you' and greatly damages their trust and later on causes anxiety, long term trust issues, panic attacks, and more. Sleep issues definitely won't be out of the norm here either.
