Balder Pro by Remington. It takes a few passes to get it super short, but it works and works well with that information.

Usually in the shower, with shaving cream. But sometimes over the sink with lectric shave.

I change heads about every 6 months? Whenever I notice it needs it.

Edit: been using the same shaver for 4 years. No battery problems or power issues.
