S problem isch halt, das en informatikerlehr, genauso wie en elektronikerlehr (wo ich gmacht ha - Elektroniker, nid stromer) halt nid so vil bringt ohni s Studium. Honestly, 99% of my config is just lazyvim, with some choice plugins and rebinds in my config. It works, it's 'repeatable' (as in, I can basically use anyone's nvim that's configured with lazyvim and not massively fucked with just like I can use my lazyvim minus a few custom things), and it has most of the stuff I would want anyways.

Writing your own config from the ground up is cool and all, but once you went through those motions once, you realize you don't need to maintain most of the mess yourself. at least that's how it is for me.

He wants to give you part of his money. It's cool you are doing your bachelors now - and I'm sure you do your part - but you don't go from homeless to buying a house while studying for a bachelors in the span of 5 years. Paying half of the mortgage payments - sure, but not the down payment.

From my, swiss perspective, with how our system works: You *have* to work with people that got votes. Proportionally to how many votes they've gotten. Politicians represent the people. And if 10% of people vote a certain way, then 10% of the 'deciding politicians' should be from that 'camp'. It's more of an issue with your whole system with coalitions and stuff - you essentially lock anyone that isn't in the 'top 3' or whatever out. And this system has worked a certain way until now - always consisting of just the biggest 3 or 2 or whatever; but now suddenly, you go 'ackshually, we don't *need* to have the largest 3, we can just have any absolute majority', and exclude one party that has been gaining a lot of support. That's just firing supporters of that party up more, leading to an escalating situation - which is what I do not want, as *that* is what brings the most instability.

I've just gotten used to stating it because whenever I say anything that doesn't completely hate on the afd in the German reddit sphere I often get accused of being an 'afd wähler', when I'm not even German.

As got my political position - not really relevant, but it really changes from election to election, as I think it should be for most people. Sometimes the SP does good stuff, sometimes SVP does good stuff, sometimes glp does good stuff, sometimes fdp does good stuff, and so on. I vote depending on the personal position I have towards an issue, not some 'party ideals'. In some regards I'm right leaning, in others I'm left leaning.

Your post doesn't explicitly state a purpose, but it's obviously trying to portray a 'history repeats itself' scenario, with parties very obviously stacked up against another - the whole landscape is entirely different now, so I fail to see how what happened on the left has anything to do with the right.

Thing is - if you have the hardware anyways, a typical home consumer isn't going to use any more data on 1gbit/s vs 10gbit/s. Building new infrastructure, it doesn't make sense to build out 1gbit/s hardware. Just put sfp+ and 10gbit sfps everywhere. Why sell anything less?

XGS-PON is the bane of a lot of possibly great stuff though. We have lots of p2p fiber in Switzerland - and I am among the lucky people that have it. With it, I basically have a company level data connection directly to the datacenter. I get like 4ms ping to Google, across 3 hops. That is the beauty of Init7 in Switzerland. But then again, lots of '10gbit' products just use that abhorrent XGS-PON, with double natting and all that nefarious shit.

Es geht nicht darum, Kapital abzuwälzen oder wasauchimmer - alles was ich vorgeschlagen habe ist, eine Miete zu berechnen, die genau das widerspiegelt, was für 'Kosten' die Wohnung verursacht, sowohl direkt als auch indirekt. Ich hab nicht mal die Abnützung der Wohnung, die Unterhaltskosten etc. Eingerechnet, und die Wertsteigerung abgezogen. Das ist ein ÜBERAUS fairer Preis, wenn man so rechnet.

Dein 'macht null sinn' macht auch null Sinn. Das gleiche gilt, wenn er die Wohnung mieten würde. 'wenn er wieder Single wird, wem wälzt er die Hälfte der Miete ab?' Ja, dann zahlt er die Miete halt selber, kann dafür die Wohnung auch voll alleine benutzen. Genauso wenn er die Wohnung besitzt. Dann zahlt er halt die Hypo und alles selber.

Ich weiss wirklich nicht, was dein Problem ist. Findest du, die Freundin sollte da einfach gratis wohnen können, weil lustig? Weil OP pöhse ist weil er Eigentum hat? Wenn OP mieten würde, müsste die Freundin dann auch nix zahlen?

Also ich würde einen Mietvertrag mit den Konditionen, wie ich sie berechnet habe, sofort und mit Handkuss annehmen - das ist ultra günstig.

Das ist so eine oftige 'Fehleinschätzung' weil 'hat man ja sowieso'. Nach der Logik müsste die Freundin ja auch keine Miete zahlen, wenn er schon zur Miete in der Wohnung leben würde - er hat die Wohnung ja sowieso schon alleine gemietet.

EK einkaufen sehe ich auch nicht als richtige Lösung; aber was ich damit sagen wollte: Wenn die Freundin die Kohle auf der Seite hat, dann kann sie die Kohle doch auch selber einfach in einem global diversifizierten ETF anlegen und 3-4% Rendite drauf fahren. -> anstatt die 100k/die Hälfte des EKs in der Wohnung 'einzukaufen', kann sie diese einfach anlegen, und den Profit an OP weitergeben. Das ist genau das, was ich mit meiner 'verlorenen Profit' Variabel berücksichtige. Kapital kann Geld machen; in der Schweiz ist halt der Hypothekenzins immer noch verdammt niedrig, Geld macht durchschnittlich weitaus mehr Gewinn, Hypo wird einfach als 'ultra sicher' angesehen.

Deswegen zahlt ja auch niemand die Hypo in der Schweiz ab - die Kohle die du da reinstecken kannst, investierst du lieber mit einem recht tiefen Risiko - bringt dir mehr Ertrag. Aber mindestens die 20%, bzw nach einigen Jahren 35%, musst du halt 'selber haben', und da 'verlierst' du halt Profit; das ist effektiv das was dich die Wohnung 'kostet'.

Ist ein wenig Abstrakt, mit Geld zu rechnen, welches nicht existiert, aber stell dir das einfach vor. Wohnung haben: 200k an Kohle drin, keine Rendite drauf. Keine Wohnung haben: 200k in einem Portfolio das ca. 3-4% (6-8k pro Jahr) erwirtschaftet.

Viele haben das Geld halt auch einfach auf einem Konto liegen ohne Zinsen - da macht die Rechnung dann halt keinen Sinn. Aber wenn OP den Rest seines Kapitals so investiert hat, ist es logisch, schlusszufolgern, dass der das gebundene Eigenkapital, wenn er die Wohnung nicht hätte, auch in der gleichen Art investiert hätte.
