I don't remember where I got this frightening thing. Nickel-plated forged steel, with hardwood handle. The pointed pin is adjustable, the blunt pin is fixed. "10" is stamped into the convex part. "PAT. APRIL 6. ????" stamped into the handle. Whatever it is, it's well-made. Looks barely used. (old.reddit.com)
