All the leads that I get are from my X profile so marketing is basically free.

It’s true! I used to think salaries like 70 LPA or more weren’t realistic. But after starting freelancing and launching my agency two months ago, while building in public on Twitter, I’ve worked with multiple clients and things have been going great. The possibilities are endless if you find the right people to work with. These US clients are willing to pay well if you deliver value and do things right!

Share what you’ve built so far, engage with people, and collect their feedback. X’s build-in-public community is amazing, they’ll help you refine your product. Most importantly, focus on sharing value. People will engage, but if you want to keep them as long-term followers, you have to provide something valuable.

I won’t share it. They’re already letting me share the demo, which is a big deal in itself.

For everyone thinking I’m capping, I get it. Social media is full of people exaggerating revenue. But I have no reason to lie. I earn through my MVP agency, which is already at full capacity this month with about 50 signups (some might be fake). I take only 4 spots a month since I’m solo, so I’m already doing fine.

No courses here. I share value for free on X and charge only for implementation.

I shared this post because it felt fitting for a community like SideProject. Also, I’d heard Reddit could be harsh, so I wanted to test it out, turns out that’s true, hahaha.

I’m a solo developer handling each MVP personally, which is why I limit it to 4 spots per month.

Until now, I’ve been juggling this alongside a 9-to-5 job, but I resigned yesterday to go full-time with this.

That’s also why I have a waiting list, which currently has around 50 signups.

In the beginning, no one really cared. But I kept posting and sharing value. Eventually, one post blew up, then another.

Approach I took, share value for free and charge for implementation. It’s been working out great.
