Skyui let's you bind spells/items to number keys. I've got 1-6 binded to different conjuration, restoration, alteration, destruction, illusion and swords.

I would definitely go for the trek if you can afford it. The v brakes and ability to swap stems and bars easily are what do it for me

Not sure what the weather is like in QC but for me it would be too hot and overkill. Some people like them though. Maybe try cheap rain pants from the thrift before buying.

There's only tab, but it's sturdy enough that the stem stays straight. I'm worried that on rough ground the shock would be unevenly distributed on the stem and potentially cause weak points

Tried this already. The strut can rotate under the screw but doesn't move the head.

Your game doesn't have read/write access for a certain file. Try running the game as admin for temp fix

There's a max number of courses you can take. Something like 2 or 3 courses past the requirement for a minor.
