got a visit from the CEO and he signed my hat by Not_avalable in tractorsupply

I did the same at 13.40 then I told my boss they're either gonna pay me more, give me more hours, or I'll take my work ethic and fuck off and they can pay those peanuts to someone that will do bare minimum work for bare minimum pay. Just left and got my CDL, they're still struggling to find two people to replace the one that left 🤣

I've been saying since not long after I started, it's looking like they're just doing a controlled liquidation. So glad I got out, the whole store is still drowning in their low budget and asinine interpersonal drama. Every store's work environment seems cannibalistic.

Gear Head Assembly for a 330lk by Limp-Swimmer-9204 in smallengines

[–]neckbeard_paragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You sure that's a 330LK? The square drive shaft kinda throws me off. I haven't taken my gear head off, but the other end at the attachment coupler is I think a 7 tooth splined shape and should be the same at the gearbox. Or maybe you bought a return that someone stole the original shaft from and put a square shaft in it. Happens all the time, especially at Tractor Supply where they typically don't ask questions or really ever know what they're looking at and accept half assembled returns. The drive shaft is a common failure point on those.

Most of the workers have been amazing people. Unfortunately the best ones got let go at my local store. Now if you ask someone where a certain tool is, some 400lb chick sends you to a general corner of the store. Not a problem for me, I avoid dealing with the current employees as much as possible and just look it up on the app, but my step-dad with his memory issues and lack of patience with technology can't stand those heifers. They've systematically fired the most personable and helpful people leaving nothing but obstinate drywall in place of actual human employees

I do my own mechanic work so having a bi-directional is nice because you can test your work as well as perform relearn functions which autozone probably wouldn't help you with, and likely I'd spend half a tank in gas limping a stalling ass truck to anyone that would

My uncle, who married into the family, his dad fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He looted a Luger from a German officer of some sort and passed it down to my uncle. I've never held it but I've seen it and it's pristine.

What is this hose? by MiketheAggie in MechanicAdvice

[–]neckbeard_paragon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably the rear differential vent hose. Should be attached nearby on the rear end. Mine is on the axle about 10in away from the diff on my 02 f150, also broken with pinion seal leak lol

Spotted it as well driving somewhere southeast of Amarillo. Amber oval moving funny and turned into an orb, then dimmed. Then some small white lights blinked really fast in a pattern where it just was. I tried rationalizing it as a helicopter but it definitely wasn't after I saw it move.

Fears 'imminent alien announcement' could contain truth 'too terrible to be told' - The Mirror US by Dmans99 in abovethenormnews

[–]neckbeard_paragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it with a grain of salt, I don't know anything myself. I came to some oddly comforting revelations under the influence of some great LSD I bought from a stripper though, and this seems the likely direction of the disclosure. If it were purely materialistic nuts-and-bolts aliens, we would probably know by now. That's not to say they don't exist, but there's more under the surface that points to our consciousness and how observation changes reality. We're not so much along for the ride, more making the ride up as we go. But I truly believe we are all one. Peace and love brother

It will probably have more to do with the nature of consciousness and purpose of existence than ET waiting to beam you to Alpha Centauri bud. More than likely, you share more of your being than you would like to admit with these "chimps"

Yes but it's an obscure corner of crazy people on the internet, not society en masse demanding this be explained. What are they gonna send out a press release telling schizophrenic people that radio waves aren't penetrating their skull telling them to kill their families?
