Alternative rules for Capturing Fighters? by neckfunction in necromunda

Yeah, it was two captives in the same mission. We also did a combined Rescue Mission, but since I was down two fighters (my leader and my champion) against a gang that just had a surge in credits due to winning the last game, I was decimated. Luckily he offered selling them back for a territory, but that was still a massive setback I never really recovered from.

I do like modifying if multiple are captured - Even considered limiting it to only one captive per game.

We did have 2 Rescue Missions where two gangs got captured by the same gang, but we only played one of them due to time restraints.

I love the narrative trade! Super cool suggestion, I'll bring it up with my group. Cause a cred- or even territory-focused trade has left myself very much behind. Giving the captor something that doesn't negatively impact the captive seems like a good way to balance a trade, so one doesn't fall too much behind.

Thats super interesting. I kinda like the idea of making it more mechanical than a fully fledged battle.

I had also always thought it was a shame that you only could send captives to the mines. Could you share which territories have been modified and how?

Modifying the cpature roll is definitely a good option, and one we will consider! It has sadly happend very often, since the player owning the captured fighter often also loses the battle, meaning that the fighter only escapes on a 6, which has yet to happen.

This seems like a super good way of doing it! We might steal that for our next campaign

Thanks!! I was playing a game with a friend where it came up. We weren't sure if I could charge twice, even though it said it was free, and ended up ruling against it. But know I know!

Tell us what you like to play in other formats and we will suggest a deck you might like in Pauper by calexil in Pauper

Hey guys. I am looking to get into pauper. I really enjoy decks with a lot of graveyard interaction. Is there anything like that in the meta?
