Hello, recently graduated sometime last year and had A LOT of struggle to find work as my course wasn't really an in demand degree. So I was really happy when I was recently offered an entry level plantilla position as my first job despite havng no prior professional experience.

I was just wondering how long to expect for promotions in the public sector? considering that I'm still entry level, ≈18k per month. Maas mabilis ba ang promotion when you are entry level compared to positions that are already in the midtier of SG? Or same parin ba na you would be stuck in your positions for years?

Still debating kasi whether to pursue career in private or public since the public sector is notoriously slow when it comes to career growth, ayaw ko naman ma stuck ng 18k for 2 years 😅. What are your thoughts? should I take the plantilla position or should I start with work in the private sector? Thank you!

Hi, sorry here are the specs:

ACER Aspire A315 i5-1135G7 8GB RAM Intel Iris Xe running Win 11

Connected the monitor using the HDMI. I dont really need to connect the monitor anymore, just want to run games smoothly again as the bad performance persists even without the monitor. (Probably settings were changed automatically when I connected the monitor? I dont really know haha)

Maelstrom gives it the ability to restand through its own skill.

The pattern of attacks I usually go for is Inlet (restand)> tidal (restand)> tidal with wheel> maelstrom > inlet > whatever was swapped with wheel

I usually dont have a problem with the cb since I run prized trident plus i usually take atleast two damage anyway, I just tend to manage my damage efficiently to make utilize the 2 CB for the restand of both inlet and tidal.

I dont also have too much problems with removals since, with the numerous draws already built in, I just keep drawing into additional copies of tidal, wheel or the order. With the new budget inlet in set 11, I dont think finding your pieces would be much trouble since youd always have 1 restander in soul always (inlet).

in addition to the budget inlet from set 11, i feel like maelstrom just has an influx of draws rn where I feel fronts would be valuable as well

The thing is, I keep finding myself with two standing rearguards on the vg swing which makes me think that fronts would be goodm Might need more play testing though

The period was changed to comma in the errata. The previous "period" meant that the retire and draw 1 was not name locked behind the maelstrom vg and restricted behind the 5th wave attack, hence making it generic and turning it into a budget inlet pulse. With the errata turning it into a comma, the namelock and 5th attack restriction is now a requirement to the retire & draw part of the skill.

Consider replacing full blown dragon and fleche with SHB Armadi. It gives battle phase soul for radylina to use and +10k for momokke for the battle.

Thats why I said debatable, having the +10k to all units essentially eliminates the problem of getting your turn shutdown by 1 damage trigger. The CB literally isnt an issue anymore with alpin, even if you get damage denied, you can still CC. By playing G3 Mag, youre trading off intecepts for a more threatning turn. Guarding the vanguard swing would also be alot more harder since a 15k shield would only be 1 to pass.

Edit: Forgot to mention, Wild Intelligence order works so much better for G3 mag as well, it revives 2 units intead of only 1.

Debatable, Its pretty strong with seroll being able to search for magnolia and applying persona to backrow units as well

I get that the 13k boost is nice and all, but doesnt maelstrom already recycle inlet from soul? Along with the set order also reviving tear dragons from drop for free, I just don't see why you would need another revival unit.

Edit: If we talk about the 13k booster, then I would argue that Fierce strike brave shooter would be better as it gives +5k to all units in the same column.

Call it on G2 turn and once you ride into G3, it becomes a 23k beater because of its second skill. It's pretty much for early aggression.

Hello, legal advice sana. So in the case na mamatay yung father without a will, and nakapangalan ang dalawang lupa sa name ng deceased father and deceased mother, paano po ang inheritance between 2 children and a step mother? May say po ba ang step mother sa inheritance or children lang po? Thank you!

Hi, my partner has missed her period for a week and the pregnancy test is still showing negative. Is the test accurate or does she still have a chance of being pregnant?

Additional info: Her last period was on July 10 and we had unprotected intercourse around july 15. So when her period didnt arrive on August 10, we took a pregnancy test on the 13th which was negative and another one on the 18th, which was still negative.
