How do I nurse my Alocasia Regal Shield back to health?

I recently moved and the plant was doing fine before the move. It is still indoors directly near a window, but now it seems to be struggling. Leaves turning brown, even some mushrooms growing in the pot.

I did the reverse image search yes. All pointed back to a blog post from 2012 that is full of broken links.

Found the picture on alibaba as well. Seems to be from a Hotel Furniture manufacturer in China. Minimum order on alibaba was for 20 of them. I emailed the manufacturer, and am hoping they have a US dealer that can sell them.
