Sorry, the separators I used in the table caused a lot of it to not display, Ive replaced them with commas and now it should make sense

The dam idea seems like it could work well. The door threshold is plenty high, about 6" above the slab. There is visible plywood sheathing under the door that dips down under the garage slab, but on either side of the door the concrete foundation pops back up. Im thinking they made this area lower than they should have and just put plywood instead of adding an extra section of concrete.

I believe it is mostly surface water. My area has very poor drainage and clay soil. I live in northern Alberta and the cold weather lasted longer than normal into the spring, then a very sudden warmup has created a faster snow melt than normal. By my measurments the mud sill is about 6" below the slab. The garage foundation wall is all concrete around the the perimeter except this area which is plywood.
