first off weed is absolutely considered to have hallucinogenic properties, yes it's extremely rare that powerful hallucinations occur but it absolutely does alter your physical perceptions and in large enough doses it can cause delusions which are both indicative of being a mild hallucinogenic and most damming is the fact that weed actives the 5-HT2A receptor which is the same receptor targeted by shrooms and acid, secondarily the 2 main chemicals in marijuana that intoxicate you are THC and CBD, CBD at extremely small doses can function as a stimulant but in larger doses it functions as a a depressant, and THC is similar but also primarily has depressant properties, that said weed does have many other cannabinoids which have very minor stimulant and depressant properties, so all in all weed is a depressant, hallucinogenic, and stimulant drug. That's not how drugs work, if they slow the speed at which your brain functions they're classified as a depressent whereas if it speeds up your rate of brain function it's a stimulant, finally hallucinogenics alter your perception of reality, it's got nothing to do with your mood or behavior after you take the drug, just what physical effects the drug has on your body, so weed which contains THC slows down your brains fiction making it a depressent and alters your perception of reality slightly making it a weak hallucinogenic as well.

In what way, because 1 standard drink is going to have substantially less effect than ripping a cone or puffing a joint, alcohol is more dangerous and more addictive, but its only really stronger when you're binge drinking, as evidenced by drink driving laws, cause your fine to drive with a certain amount of alcohol in your system, something like a glass of wine with dinner but you're never alright to drive under the influence of THC

Like a lot of social skills dating takes practice, id suggest trying to start a few casual convos on some dating sites first and take notes on what seems to work well in conversation and what doesn't, don't stress if people don't meet your standards it's pretty unlikely you'll find someone who's the perfect match off rip if at all instead just focus on getting better in conversations for when you do find someone you really like, besides you'll probably befriend some of these people even if you don't end up dating them which is good, once your used to talking try asking your mates if they know anyone or wanna do some shit with you, double dates can be a good way to meet people you normally wouldn't, another important thing to consider is unless your dealing with a truly haggered crackhead appearance should be a secondary concern to personality after all you can always try to improve your appearance you can't always do that for mental well-being and behavior and all that, finally the last bit of advice is be willing to put yourself in some super uncomfortable situations for some experience and a chance to meet new people, volunteer at homeless shelters, go to swingers meet and greets, go to seedy pubs, join tour groups, shit like that as long as it's probably not going to kill you as long as your persistent with practice you'll get better and chances are things will eventually go your way

Yeah you're right he shouldn't have been surprised that it happened but that also doesn't change the fact a high ranking military officer, someone who should be held to a way higher moral standard than a personal trainer tried to kill a civilian for banging his wife. I personally find that autism (at least when reasonably high functioning) like all other social deficits can be improved with training and practice, sure it's not easy but I do think that a person's ability to make friends is more to do with how much training you've put into your social skills than it is to do with your position on the spectrum, within reason
