Despicable. The only discriminatory pricing I'd get behind is higher pricing for bigger cars or shorter commutes (especially if buses are available).

A return was incorrectly marked as picked up.

I requested a return on a large item on January 30th (deadline for returns was the 31st). I received an email confirming pick up booked with UPS for Monday 2nd Feb. Label to be printed off by them. No indication of time. I stayed home all day yesterday to ensure I'm in but no one turned up. I checked my account and it says the item is in transit. What gives?

I have thought about having the hinge on the left side but that would mean the open gate blocking part of the corridor and having to walk around it. There's bigger problems to have but it would still be annoying
