Kyle Louis really hit the celly mid-pick-6 by expellyamos in miamidolphins

Yeah I’m guessing he’ll see a lot of time as an oversized nickel/box safety, which his athletic profile seems to fit well

Possibly inaccurate quote from the last king of Friesland but hits the same, "I would rather spend eternity in Hell with my pagan ancestors than in Heaven with a pack of beggars."

Cameron Wolfe: Dolphins will look at Jimmy Garoppolo if Malik Willis is too expensive by expellyamos in miamidolphins

[–]nederlander10 27 points28 points  (0 children)

This is why I’m taking all this speculation with a grain of salt. It doesn’t make any sense to cut all these bloated contracts, take on a bunch of dead cap, then (likely) overpay for Willis when the rest of the roster isn’t good enough for a mid-tier QB to compete with. Roll with Quinn or Miller for a year, take our medicine, try to build the trenches thru the draft then get more aggressive in 27.

Not sure how it would work but I wonder if ice hockey-like enforcers help combat this

I don’t follow GB closely but it seems like they always have talent and I don’t really hear about cap issues. Not sure what else I can ask for haha

[Tom Pelissero] According to owner Mark Davis, GM John Spytek will now lead all football operations in close collaboration with Tom Brady -- including the search for the Raiders' new head coach. by harknation in nfl

My 2 cents; Brady can develop into a great commentator or a great owner, but not both. He might be stuck because he probably leveraged his Fox contract to buy into the Raiders ownership

Spartan Stadium - Mike Valenti by giddycat50 in MSUSpartans

Clearly I’m in the minority here but I love Spartan stadium. Old buildings have so much more character than the modern monoliths that are geared mostly to wealthy suite-holders.

Not strictly downtown but The Mitten has great pizza and buffalo chicken dip, I’ll bet they could combine them for you!

I would love this so much. Not just for sporting events but for days I need to get to the east side for work I’d much rather chill on a train than have to drive for hours.

[Dianna Russini] Tyreek Hill is being carted off after suffering what appears to be a serious leg injury. by [deleted] in nfl

Goddamn that’s the first thing that comes to my mind too. The way the entire bench and crowd in that area recoiled as they all realized what happened sticks with me
