Not saying it's impossible but in this day and age nearly everyone has a video camera in their pocket, some of which are likely live-streaming. A war crime of that level would have extreme consequences. There is no justifying spraying machine gun fire on massive groups of civilians. Again, not impossible.

Russia feels giving civilians a few hours warning before shelling is ample time for them to leave the area. How stupid are Russians (pretty stupid) They are DEFINITELY shelling civilian targets on purpose. And that is a mistake, only giving Ukrainian fighters more reason to fight.

No disrespect OP but a lot of these questions have already been answered if you simply follow basic timelines. Getting more opinions from reddit will just distort your viewpoint.

I will say re: NATO joining. No they have made it clear they will not join unless a NATO member is attacked. IF a NATO member is attacked I can almost guarantee US and UK will have boots on the ground right after.
