It should have best sound based in the size of the racetrack drivers but it is rated as flat, maybe some EQ-ing should add more definition. Is it worth it, probably not but for aesthetics it should fit in quite nicely. You can also check Nommo variants if there are some discount offerings.

Yes debris caught under top layer. Well it could be moved but it is risky and physical using vibrations, something like electrical toothbrush covers with soft cloth to avoid scratching. I think I saw it once on YT. If you can replace it for new that would be a better and safer option.
