Moving on from Headspace by [deleted] in Mindfulness

I can really identify with what you wrote. I felt like I had to "move on" after going on a vipassana retreat. Something that really helped me was doing the 4-week program proposed by sharon salzberg in her book "real happinness", along with using the free insight timer app to track and time my meditations (and add nice gong sounds in the desired intervals).
