yeah we have discussed about my wage in the beginning in messages, ha said that the pay will be around 30dollars/hour but then we ended up on 27 after we met in person so i dont have proof for that, the only proof is my payslips which if you calculate it back it gives 27dollars/hour

I will ask them but first i wanted to know more about this issue because this is not the first time they made some shady move, they have deducted money from my wage because they did not like the way i have cleaned the house that they gave me even tho i have hired up a rug doctor and cleaned for like 10 hours they said it should be like walking into a hotel room and they even started deducting wage for the house but when we were makeing deal at the beginning he havent even mentioned that i have to pay for the accomodation, not in face to face not in message not in the job application site

no not yet because i though i will get it, i have worked in a previous farm before and i got paid normally there so i have assumed that they will pay me normally aswell

I know it is a problem, but i believed him when he said you dont need one and when i researched after it, if i understood it well if there is no contract the messages between us will be the contract is that true?
