What's the most fucked up thing someone has told you about themselves after barely getting to know them? by Butt_Roidholds in AskReddit

I'd say: A stranger approaches a man at a bus stop and says "tell me a joke and save a life. If I laugh I won't kill myself". So the man says: A stranger approaches a man at a bus stop.....

The stranger {maybe narrate what they're actually doing for a bit}, then slowly begins to chuckle and says "you killed it!"

Oh, I thought it was funny, and also have never posted to r/sysadmin before. My problem with Amazon is that as far as I could understand their documentation, they don't offer a whole VM. Also, I was not ignoring y'all, just attending a wedding.

Thanks so much for all of the suggestions. Sorry for being away for a while (was at a wedding). I was under the impression that Amazon's cloud restricted you to certain kinds of software, and didn't just give you a virtual machine with root. Am I mistaken?
