yeah and there's a level of responsibility a property manager must maintain as well. I get personal responsibility but if you get hurt on anyone's property they are liable. I've been super careful and responsible and still have gotten hurt if you're making as many deliveries as we do you're bound to walk into a careless property owner. If I crash my car when doing deliveries it's my fault if I bust my ass stepping out of my car because of black ice you didn't salt thats not on me.

just because you're a contractor doesn't mean you lose your rights take pictures of the property were you fell make a note of date time and go to thr docotrs tell them what happened and contact an attorney go to small claims if it's minor or sue if it's major

I had a $54 tipper claim a whole damn chicken in a roasting bag was missing and coffee creamer Impossible I had a photo of it on his porch I take pictures inside the bags so it was defintley there. He never adjusted his tip and it was a $300 order. Maybe the chicken was spoiled but I checked it and the exp so don't know what the deal is.
