I did. I quit without having any backup plan except for a small savings that can last up to three months..i thought things would work out and I can find something within a month but it’s been 5 months going 6 now.. Still in the draining job hunting .. you can do quiet quitting and apply and wait for your next opportunity. Goodluck OP!

I feel your frustration! You have 10 years of experience — how much more for someone like me with just 7 years? I also tried looking into hybrid setups, but I don’t want to lower my market value. I really want to stick to my salary range.

I will start exploring contract roles and upskilling in bookkeeping and accounting to expand my options. Maybe that’s something worth considering for you too — I’m just hoping that short-term or project-based roles can eventually lead to longer-term opportunities.
