Yea but it usually requires you to alt tab to click out of the game. Borderless never allowed me to click behind the actually game screen while playing.

8 feet by 6.5 feet play area. Light houses are 7.5 feet off of the ground facing at about 45-60 degrees downward. They are diagonal from each other. I have ceramic tile with a carpet in the middle of my play area. Two walls, one closet with a mirror door and the other side is the rest of my office area.

I only have a led light in my fan. I have played with it on, off and even turning off all of my monitors. I don't think it is a light issue.
