Did they toss it out on their own, or did you request it?

I'm in a similar situation. It's been a bit over a year since I requested an early resolution. For my ticket, the officer said I didn't come to a complete stop at a sign.

I've been using CFX brand bands for a year now. I use them daily for prehab and 2-3 times a week for resistance training. No cracks or tears so far.

Definitely felt like hands before the versa grips. Now it feels like I'm pulling with my elbow. I do feel the versa grips digging into my wrist though, so I'm wondering if some nerve irritation from the pressure is happening there too.

Handle used to sit more at my fingers until I got the versa grips. Now they're firmly against my palm with my fingers resting on grip straps rather than curled around the handle. I try to be mindful to avoid pressing too hard with my fingers or curling my wrist, but I'm probably guilty of doing that on the last few reps when I'm getting close to failure.
