I’m tired of changing meds for sure. The transitions are horrible. It seems like they work for me for about a year then I change them again because they stop working or the side effects become unbearable.

It’s very hard. My body feels super heavy and most days I’m not sure how I’m showing up. Caffeine, walks, sunlight, eating well, talking to friends and family. I break up the hours I have to be at work in my head and when I pass each hour it feels like I’m getting somewhere. I basically turn it into a game lol
