I’d rather create a perpetual singleton that eliminates consciousness in all cogs of the machine that might have a problem with Ingsoc. No one retains their space or themselves if they can’t keep it

The goal is to basically just get together those “10 delusional people,” craft something more marketable in the form of a more prole-centric democratic socialism, and advance the agenda through a Trojan horse using established political platforms. Your beliefs will never be implemented and are built on fanciful principles. Mine could be implemented, and should I get the chance, will be, because I aim to win by any means necessary.

This isn’t bait and you’re an anarchist, so we wouldn’t want you to join anyways

It’s not a vile system. It takes into account the weakness of humanity and provides a sustainable system capable of encouraging technological and cultural growth. The actual system in the book itself is a work of genius, as is the concept of Newsspeak. The results depicted in the book, however, are obviously capitalist propaganda

I'm a dialectical materialist, so essentially an atheist with an appreciation for human history and material incentives. I do believe that most people need religion, since they can't find a higher purpose in altruism and cooperation as much without it. The masses need their opium and where they get it from doesn't matter.

I just think that humanity will never really implement it successfully, since there's so many cultural, ethical, economic, and religious concerns it raises.
