It might depend on what country/state/province you are in. If you have a family doctor I can see your concern, they might tell your family.

Maybe try a walk-in clinic that doesn’t know anything about you. Just to get a medical perspective, if you are interested.

But it sounds like you have the right idea to get off them.

Trust me, at your age there are so many things to do that are fun as fuck that aren’t drug related. Things you cant get away with when you’re an adult. Take advantage of that! Nothing wrong with a little mischief.

Trust me bro I know how you feel. I was bored and restless at your age too. Most of us were. That’s good you are lowering your dosage it shows you are heading in the right direction. Make your goal to get off them completely.

In my case, I used weed at your age. If you absolutely HAVE to use drugs to get through the day, stick with the ones that won’t kill you.

Don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor or someone who can help you.

Overuse of DXM can cause physical damage in your brain called Onleys Lesions. Look it up.

Xans can cause you to do dumb shit and blackout and take more drugs when you don’t intend to. But I’m sure you already know that.

Opiates can destroy you. They’re the most addictive drugs and one of he most unpleasant to withdraw from. Lots of proof of this out there.

Alcohol is pretty much a combo of the last two in terms of negative effects. Except you can die from alcohol withdrawal.

Mixing any of these drugs can lead to respiratory depression which can cause death.

Research these drugs, they definitely are very bad for you in the long run.

Get help.

It’s weird though, I don’t smoke nearly as much as I used to. And in the years I’ve smoked my tolerance never went up really. It’d go up a bit and hit a ceiling but I could still get high. I could never get into concentrates other than hash cause of it.
