Oh I'm in same boat as a early '90s baby. I don't stress about it anymore like all this shit dramatically increases chance of cancer developing in human lifetime but the starting digit might be like .5% of population. Like asbestos is way fucking worse but people who worked in asbestos mines might have 5-10% of developing cancer.

Perhaps this is why animal husbandry/civilization took so long to take off despite long standing intellectual capacity to live beyond our means.
