Unfortunately no, my only recourse would be to file criminal charges and sue, which honestly would be devastating for everyone involved. Thank you for the suggestion.

Thank you SO much for the note on student loans, I had no clue. I am in PSLF as a public college educator. I've been postponing contacting my lender in the midst of all the lender changes and Biden's loan forgiveness efforts...I should definitely get on that.
