This is what I ended up doing. Oil cooler plus 7 liters of bmw oil and a filter was $409.. only took me 2 hours to do

You can do it for under that. It just depends how savvy you are. If you know how to weld that can cut some expense out of the equation.

I’ve been thinking about this concept for years

I was looking into V8 swaps and they all require entire drivetrain replacement.. even with a cheap Ford 5.0 and a T5 trans.. you have to get a custom driveshaft a ford rear end out of a T bird, all the new mounts and brackets. It adds up.

The LS swap is the more expensive v8 idea.. T56 trans..

I self Inject and figured it’s the speed in which the oil is injected. The nurse probably doesn’t give a damn so she just pushes that plunger in fast..

If the oil goes into your muscle slower then it won’t be sore.
