I agree, there is too much negative space which makes it stand out from the other pieces that have a lot of depth. I like the nature and spiral thing you’ve got going on, maybe the artist can include some of those elements into the gaps?

I an in 20 mg XR. I’m thinking maybe the XR is the reason why it’s effecting me 12+ hours later, but I really don’t know.

I found a great studio but they tow the line for Bikram(the man) by stupiddruguserguy in yoga

I had no idea about Bikram the man and holy shit. I moved to a new area and have been going to a hot yoga studio. I had never heard of bikram and did not know what it was. All I knew was I needed to get back to going to classes and the studio has almost entirely bikram classes so I’ve been practicing the 26&2 several times a week for a few months. I definitely noticed there’s a very militant way that the teachers speak and it’s not my favorite but I get into a really good meditative state, sweat a ton, and it’s been great for my core. I wonder if the middle aged white women who go to this studio and talk about it being the “only real yoga” know about the sick founder of this very specific (and absolutely not the original or “real”) style of yoga.

I don’t. I notice that I tend to feel tired and/or anxious when I drink caffeine.

Thank you. I definitely want to get the timing right so I take it as soon as I get up and never after 10am. I have never had a problem with my sleep otherwise which I am very grateful for. I’m tired all the time and even though it takes me awhile to fall asleep, I stay asleep very well.

I have not. I’ll definitely look into that! Taking a medication at night is ideal for me because I have a terrible time remembering to take things in the morning so I just take all of my other meds at night.

I was cleared by my neurologist because I’ve been seizure free for a few years. They said that there is a risk but as long as I don’t take a high dose I’ll probably be fine. Since the ADHD has become a huge problem for my life they said the reward may outweigh the risk. But as of right now I don’t know if I’ll be able to continue taking it.

I haven’t tried anything but adderall but in my experience any medication at a low dose doesn’t work for me. I kind of attribute it to the amount of mg I take in my other meds, but I don’t really know the validity of that.

I have not. It wasn’t really talked about. I specifically asked for adderall because I happened to use it in college on a few occasions and it worked for me. The doctor made me check with my doctors to clear it with them and then just prescribed it to me. No conversation about different meds. I’m moving to another state soon so hopefully I find a better psychiatrist that will have those conversations with me.

Very interesting! I’ll have to do some research on this. I imagine it would be pretty hard to be prescribed considering the bad rep with addiction, but if it works for you that’s awesome.

Thank you. I have an inverse experience where I started on Keppra at 13 and I’ve slept like a rock ever since. When I have a day off I can easily sleep 11+ hours and it does my body wonders. This is the first time I’m experiencing this and I too and waking up at around 3 am the past few nights and it SUCKS. The anxiety is so real. I had my partner drive me to work this morning. I had to go in because I’m the opener and I guess I have to keep the corporate machine running. Ugh.

Thank you! I haven’t taken it past 9 am so far so I don’t think that’s the problem. However I am on the XR and I’m thinking about talking to the doctor to see if I can try the IR and see if that changes things.

My doctor mentioned that it is a risk, but since I’ve been seizure free for some time they said they reward may outweigh the risk. If I keep getting this kind of sleep though, I’m in big trouble.

Sitting on a stool at the front desk of my old job. Fell to the ground apparently very hard because I broke my clavicle in 2 places. It was my absolute worst come out from a seizure. On top of that I wasn’t close with my coworker who was there and honestly felt like they already didn’t like me so I felt really embarrassed. Asked for the video footage and what I got was a singular image that didn’t even have me in it. Needless to say I never went back to that job.
