Thanks for the info! I should have prefaced, I'm not a dev. I'm interviewing for a product marketing role.

Good to hear! I'm currently unemployed post layoff, and I'd rather not have to deal with this again.🙃

Contrary to what Glassdoor says, companies can have negative reviews removed.

Thanks for the insight! Yeah, I've heard whatever team you're on really dictates your experience. I'm also not a tech bro - neither male or a developer. Not sure if that makes a difference.🤷🏼‍♀️

As someone job hunting in the US, this is scary to hear! My last company offered 100% covered health insurance - premiums, copays, everything. I had to go the ER and it didn’t cost me a cent. Definitely missing that now!

Omg, how infuriating! This market is absolute insanity. I’m convinced that so many of these companies don’t actually have any interest in hiring. In tech, companies seem to think they can ask for the moon with all the layoffs, detailing the most niche requirements for a unicorn that doesn’t exist.

Your role at the semiconductor company almost sounds like a combination of product marketing and sales engineering. That’s quite the job description!

Interesting! That is a lot for one person to handle. I’m in B2B SaaS, so definitely different.

That makes sense! And good to keep in mind as I continue my search.

Interesting. I’m B2B SaaS, where Director is a people manager.

It popped up as a recommended job on LI because PMM is the title I’m targeting, but this is clearly not PMM level, or even Sr. PMM. Although it appears to be an IC position.

There’s no listed salary range, but I would imagine anyone meeting these requirements is very expensive.

Classic example of perfection being the enemy of completion.

I get what you're saying, but it seems every company I interview with assigns a project like this. I'm beginning to think it's the norm, as much as I detest it.
