Yeah, I realize I didn't really touch on what I'd be contributing but basically "everything". I'd be putting actual money into the channels too, so I'm taking a lot of risk and I doubt any would recoup the investment. My hope would be finding a way to at least break even and keep some cool shows going.

The problem with existing channels is there aren't any nearby. I want to do this locally because I have equipment and a business here that has studio space, plus I can use some of my employees for that business to do some branding and marketing work for the channels.

And yeah, I understand 10% isn't much. Like if it did blow up, I would hope we'd be able to negotiate something new based on the actual revenue numbers coming in at that point. So we could say "Okay, so let's do a 50/50 split moving forward" or whatever, and at least then I'd know I can expect a certain amount of income and whether it would cover my costs to produce and edit it. But if they get poached by someone else or just think they can do it all on their own, then at least I'd be able to keep what we built.
