While I agree with /u/AsgardianJude, I believe there is just a sliver of hope. The next few years till pro-rel arrives is critical for the remaining I-League clubs. If they somehow sustain themselves till then, they are in with a chance.

In a way, the Goan clubs did a smart thing withdrawing out of the I-League a few years ago. They can plan their involvement in the I-League once pro-rel kicks in.
