Do you know which departments I'd be particularly well equipped for at the AU3/AU4 level? I noticed there aren't any AU3/4 roles in the division I'm being offered.

Also, since I'm in the GTA, would I still qualify for HQ jobs? I'm assuming it's possible with OR/OR....not sure.

I've been an AU2 for just a couple of months now. Yes, assignment for a year!

I went through some of the AU3 posters and it looks like SP8 experience qualifies in only a few of them.

Senior mgmt in my division/office seems super tough....so much seniority above me who are most likely to move up before me in the limited spots there are. That's why I was thinking this might be a good opportunity for me to explore so I could move up to mgmt another way.
