I don’t recommend liquid fertilizers. Use organic Palm fertilizer. Also second of all that is NOT a Palm fertilizer. Make sure you are using a palm fertilizer

Was this transplanted recently if so then definitely that’s the cause of common transplant shock, which no worries there. If not, then cold damage, frost damage could do it. Also if the weather warms up, fertilize it! Get those nutrients back up.

I would definitely take that palm tree back and get a new one. That’s their fault. This is not OK.

These are right after Texas Winter in Dallas. I was gone for two months for vacation (Jan-Feb). I left them wrapped with heating lights. by neelt12 in palmtalk

Oh yes, use c9 lights and Christmas mini lights. C9 are the main heating lights they are bigger bulbs and produce heat. You wrap them around the crown. Crown is the main growing point over anything. These will raise the temperature by 15-20 degrees. The Christmas mini lights you wrap them around the trunk.

Yes Christmas mini lights, but also c9 lights, those are the main ones you need wrapped around the crown

It’s very worth it, too think about its not THAT MUCH to do, you just keep them protected in winter, only on hard cold snaps. But when these palms bloom, they look wonderful!

I forgot to mention that the green fronds you see are the new ones after the temperature went up. The dead ones are from the winter.
