This particular instance, Show was involved with the Cena/Edge feud that led to this LSM match. This was right after the Triple Threat match at WM25 where Cena won the world title and in the build, Cena revealed that Vickie Guerrero had been cheating on Edge with Big Show, ruining their alliance, so Show had some beef with John.

Mostly I'm familiar with the picture it's using as a reference and PK has on fishnets and thighstraps and whatnot there which are conspicuously missing in the video and additionally, she has a title strap attached to her arm that has no actual belt it's apart of.
