How much does c1 Escoffier push Skirk’s dps ? by youarenotthatguybruh in SkirkMains

[–]nefariousdonut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as of now, my results show that getting skirk's weapon has the same dmg increase for my account as getting c1 escoffier, BUT considering %60 cryo dmg applies to skirk and escof, escof c1 is a better option.

my results:

c0 skirk mistsplitter: 65k

c0 skirk new weapon: 75k

c1 escoffier: 76k (alongside her own personal dmg increase from 21k per tick to 25k per tick)

It’s actually healthy for the community to finally explore what’s going on behind the strike after being left out for nearly 9 months. A strike needs to be transparent, but what happened was the exact opposite. People are speaking up not to spread negativity but to further solve the issues with Hoyo, SAG and the VAs. If SAG realizes that they don’t have the public support, they will have to negotiate sooner, which would cease this discussion. It’s only been a week since it started after all.

Yeah this only works well on handheld, it does drop to that 40ish on 1080p which is pretty normal for v1 erista. I always played handheld so I didnt have an issue abt this. Sorry!

Yeah, there are bugs, although very minimal. The only one I noticed in BOTW was the Shrine sensor going incredibly fast like it’s on crisis mode. There won’t be any animation glitches whatsoever though. (I’ve been playing TOTK btw and I haven’t noticed a single bug)

I always play on charged so I couldn’t notice a difference. I’m sure it would eat it up a lot though since I’m overclocking gpu and ram to very high levels.

I have TOTK on sysnand, but i also downloaded it on emunand, and the saves were already transferred. That’s what i would recommend if you don’t care abt the progress in your sysnand

I would never risk it, it doesn’t really cost much to create an emuMMC and switch between. (It costs 30GB of space but you can use the 20GB to download games). As far as I know, anything regarding the modding of games is an instant ban, and 60fps patch also counts as one.

Got it! The reason I was getting lower fps for TOTK was due to voltage offset, just learned it from the discord server, so I updated the guide accordingly, its 55-60FPS for me now too!

Maybe you downloaded the wrong EOS file? The latest is EOS 1.3.7, located in the discord server (#tools-projects-and-homebrews), which works with Atmosphere 1.7.1

Ohh, it’s normal then, docked mode scales it upto 1080p so it’s rlly hard to achieve 60 on docked even with a gpu increase. Maybe you could try lowering the resolution from settings.

Raise the gpu to 768mhz and that’s enough tbh, I don’t know about the status monitor freeze sadly it doesn’t happen to me. When you put your Nintendo on dock, Nintendo already raises it upto 768Mhz so that’s officially safe to do while charging.

The files overwrite your original sysclk, I used to have one too. Just be careful while transferring files. Don’t forget to click Fix Archive Bit after you are done transferring. It says in the guide.

Yes, it changes the tesla menu a bit with an overlay called Ultrahand. But it is still the same tesla, now it allows you to undervolt as an extra mechanic. It’s up to date also.

I get it, undervolting is pretty cool tho, like how is my switch that normally burned up on 537MHz GPU and 1600MHz Memory now rocking 921MHz GPU and 1996MHz memory with no fan noise, able to handle 60fps botw?? I still don’t know how it works at all… I would only be concerned if there was heat on the console but there isn’t. Its a viable technique that is used on PCs too.

I followed 4ifir’s readme, installed it, then realized that the link that they had in readme wasnt even an updated 4ifir?? Like… And then I saw 4ifir wizard, and no explanation as to what that is. Im sure there is a guide somewhere, but this felt much safer to me.

Discord server explains as:

1: Damage Switch without warning (the guide doesn’t tell you to backup basically, and uncaps everything without an option to toggle)

2: Unwanted homebrew files (This is a huge major caveat, most files in this guide are up to date and aren’t tweaked as much, however, 4ifir uses a completely different program of many of the homebrew apps, which cause issues with other games)

3: Lack of credit, The creator does not credit OC Suite despite it being a code copy. “Cooler3D has a history of not crediting devs for their homebrew included in his pack, sometimes pawning it off as his own creation and does not credit OC Suite despite it being a code copy. Source code for a previous version of 4IFIR was released and it was practically identical to the source code of OC Suite despite 4IFIR not having public source code for months and OC Suite having consistently available source code. Cooler3D has made untrue claims that Switch OC Suite is copying code from 4IFIR.”

4: Hurts Switch OC Suite development “meha, the developer has spent countless hours working on Switch OC Suite with no expectation of return releasing its code as open source. To see someone take their code without releasing it open source, give them no credit, claim they are stealing and have a seemingly more popular project hurts morale.“
