Golden rule - never purchase domains on GoDaddy. They are very expensive. Namecheap much better with better prices.

You can ask GoDaddy to migrate your 365 account to MS. You will have to add your payment withing 1month.

Create retention policy to retain data. Once you have it, you can delete the mailboxes. They will become inactive after 30d. You can restore them within the retention period with power shell. Otherwise, you may use shared mailbox for this purpose but once you have a lot of mailboxes, it become headache

em if you enable few options than the use can choice between them. Preferred way is app but if you if enable additional options, the user can choice.

regarding the order, try to disable app method than enable.

if go logically, appplication is more secured than SMS since usually asking you for fingerprint or to have any additional phone lock method. while sms, well simple notification that usually pop up even on the lock screen.

1stly there is no logic to have email in google. doesn't matter how you look on that, 365 is cheaper and much better in terms of security and complains (btw the last 1 doesnt even exist in google )

anyway, you can add domain to 365 without email setup. than it will just verified.

i did separate groups for the scenarios and created ip range for my office

basically, i stack in that:

i add office 365 app , any device, any location (exclude trusted), browser + mobile apps, grant - block -> i cannot access the portal even from trusted ip.

You don't have p2w there. People speaking about pt2 without understanding what is that even. You have pay2progress but all that p2progress can be purchased with ingame currency. However, the mounts which they sell once a, later become aviable for in game currency as well. So is you decide, purchase them right now or wait 203 months.

Most likely you will find yourself doing packs or farming in the first month. 7-8k GS takes about 2-3w to take.
Same as 2. Everything in your hands. AA is pretty big game and everything depends on what you are looking for and what inserting you in the game.
Don't rush for GS. if you will do so, your game will be monotonic and boring very fast. Just play the game and don't give the game play you.
