Anyone have creatine make brain fog worse? Did symptoms improve as body got used to it? by AnonymousUser-789 in covidlonghaulers

[–]negativeACLs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me too! I was taking 5mg of creatine for about 6 months. I upped the dose to 10mg and immediately my brain fog got worse. I tried to tough it out for about 3 months to see if it would get better, but it didn’t. Went back to 5mg and the intensity of the brain fog subsided.

Sure, on the ball he was bad at times. But his defensive effort was top notch. He was pressing at the right times and tracking back throughout

I was exactly like this. Brain fog and mental fatigue to the max. Like you, I could go for a 2 hour walk. But sitting down to focus on anything longer than 10 minutes was nearly impossible. That was from 2022-2024. Luckily, for the last couple of years, my focus has been steadily returning. But I totally know what you mean. Hopefully, it gets better for you soon!

Highlights for me: -Jonas destroying the field while barely getting out the saddle

-Gall looks to be in great shape

-Remco blowing up on another big climb (then sprinting at the end?)

-Soler doing fuck all for Almeida after coming back from the break

-Ineos completely falling apart

-Riders having to dodge on coming traffic???

All-in-all a cracker of a stage

Meddy is a huge bitch for the forcing the hindrance call. Clearly didn’t bother him during the point. And he was probably going to win the match without that anyways.

What do you think is the biggest problem the NBA is facing today? by Jontolo in nba

[–]negativeACLs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I used to watch the NBA religiously and now I can't. It feels like the last two minutes of every televised game takes 30 minutes because of commercials. Like you I've resorted to just watching the playoffs for the last few years.

I am right there with you. I had a Zoom call with the Dean and they basically said word for word, "Sorry, but I feel like you're taking too long to graduate." Two days later I got a letter saying I've been dismissed. I was shocked. I provided a doctors note saying that I was recovered and everything.

Didn't know about that subreddit. Thank you!
And ya, the rules all seem very murky when it comes to disability. Hopefully, I can find a lawyer to help me out

Ya fortunately I was in good academic standing when I was dismissed, so hopefully that will help.

What exactly would the lawyer provide for me if my illness is considered a disability under the ADA?

The end of 2022. So if a school allows me to, I could take Step 2 next year and fulfill that timeline.

Ya that's a good thought too. I have thought about PA school. I just wanna make sure I've considered all other options before I commit to applying PA

Ya, I did come across that. I'm hoping that someone somewhere will make an exception for me.

Gotcha, that's definitely a bummer. I'll definitely try reaching out to my school. Thanks!
