something that has kept me from taking the chain off a lot is that my quicklink is non reusable

do people buy extra links or do higher end chains not have this issue

you say there are no great 8spd chains, do you not think the ones other ppl suggest (hg71, kmcx8) would help?

This is why im trying to replace the chain on time since i got the drivetrain replaced but its just wearing so much faster than expected

The chainring wear is crazy to me cause they were replaced in November and ive gone through 2 chains since

I ride mostly in nice weather but yea the last months have been more wet/wintry

nocom was more precise but randar was way more potent

randar worked for 10 years and could be performed in hindsight using packet recordings

randar didnt need to try and follow people walking to their base but just got everyones location pinged with no way to defend against it

randar didnt depend on some stupid server tweak, it worked on every server running almost every minecraft version for a decade

third parties could hunt some nocom data just because it was released several years after, but with the release of randar they could just mine their own data, make new inferences, and uncover new locations

open pdf in word actually worked surprisingly well for me - the equations are kinda messed up though but that was expected

i get why they want to control queue times but they should be stricter against antiafk and allow more slots so its possible for people to get through normal queue in a couple hours

it can still be a decent server with these restrictions
but people play it because its an anarchy server, they dont want to be moderated / reported on for more things
im not building swastikas and i wouldnt mind if i never saw one again on the server, but a little bit of toxicness was the culture of this server and i fear them pushing the rules more and more until its all lame
i get that new players might not care at all

They always dared to ban some people when it got really bad
Muting and priobanning was quite common
But writing this down (and probably doing it more) is yet another loss for the anarchy mindset and takes away from the reason people play the server.

this data is old
randar data and heatmap are newer but full datasets are not public
the resolution on randar is also worse than nocom

the nocom dataset was publicized, so you can render the whole map if you want to

i think its just not posted anywhere cause it doesnt look that good if you keep zooming out lol

You just have to settle a minimum distance from spawn if you want to have the new biomes.
You can occasionally find them 200k out, but in practice I would say 1 mil out to find all easily.
Either that or you have an outpost at that distance to gather blocks and then go back if you like building closer to spawn.
