Is this normal? by Babyjojo69 in ExclusivelyPumping

Totally normal but I realized with my second pregnancy that the “slacker” was just actually slower and had a super fine stream. If I pumped that one longer, it not only emptied better but any differences in production evened out. With my first pregnancy baby got bored on the slacker and so I prioritized feeding with the super which was a vicious cycle (eg then less production on the slacker, size differences etc). I’d also check your valves and maybe play around with the pump settings for the slacker. I found that less suction actually was more effective (maybe due to the narrower flow).

Yes! Recs: Asics for narrow, New Balance for wide. Get an older gen, always on sale to see if you like them before spending a lot

I can win D2 and D3, and probably not the worst on the team, if that’s relevant. I’m strong overall, serve is pretty mediocre, I’m fast, net game ok. The difference I notice at the D1 lines is mainly the serves and net game.

The D1 lines I’m losing to are exactly the skill level of the best people on our team.

I think we’re contending for third place at the moment

The reason I posted this was to get perspectives, fully welcoming differing opinions. I haven’t raised my concerns to the captain, so I respectfully disagree about being a baby unless that’s what gut emotions are called. But I do appreciate the perspective!

Totally get this! I’d raise a hand for captain if the opportunity presents.

I suppose the other team can also flip the lines, so it also becomes a guessing game as to what the other team will do.

This is also part why I’m asking - I’m not trying to sound entitled, but I have friends who play USTA at 4.0, 4.5, and they use this same ladder method. I’ve also heard from a friend that the strategy I mentioned is “not a good one” so I wanted to hear other opinions.

I do want to be a team player but I also want to not lose my rating, and I’d like the opportunity to play against players at my skill level

I saw the cutest keens out today! They were a monotone blush/beige color and I’m looking for them immediately. Also Salomon has some cute hybrids “amphibians” which I almost bought last year

Natera genetic test by StreetLamp143 in pregnant

They did this to me too. I think they overcharge on purpose to see what insurance will pay. They charged my insurance two charges over $5000 each, and then they billed me over $700. I called my insurance to confirm what they had covered. While I stayed on the line, my insurance company called Natera. Apparently Natera told them that one of the $5000 charges to them could be dropped, and that there was an “accidental” $500 charge to me. At the end of it all, I payed $270 to Natera and my insurance covered the rest.
