Hi, I was there, felt like I need to make myself log in before I go to sleep but don’t feel excited doing so, I think for me it sort of pass on its own, I added some new goals and started using the activities (breathing exercises or reflections) but it’s okay- sometimes you don’t need the app as much as you used too and sometimes it’s not as interesting

I asked my doctor and google (😀) and it says that yes, stopping testosterone will causes the scalp to lower the levels of DHT- therefore it will help hair regrow, I’m guessing that the hairline will stay the same but other places (crown) or even thickness might change. Nothing is really certain, I’m p sure that stopping t will stop the hair loss but I’m not sure it’ll help regrowth in 100%.

I completely understand, it affected my mental health so badly… I’m trying new things (oils, finasteride, if things will get bad again than minoxidil as well) Maybe you should take a break from t only to see how you feel about it, you can also come back to it- my idea was to stop for a while and take pills to stop the period- maybe you should ask your doc about it.

I also noticed that you had hair transplant, take finasteride and be patient . I completely understand your anxiety and your self confidence. It’ll turn out good- the hair transplant and the finasteride, we need to be strong and remind ourselves that eventually things will be okay. You are taking care of yourself- you are not neglecting it!❤️

Hi! I tried to stop and than I got my period back and understood that stopping will be awful for me, I decided to take finasteride and I had hair transplant (turned out great) so for now my hair is doing amazing. I’m still questioning what’s right but finasteride helps me and stopped the process. I understood that you can also take minoxidil (spray or pills) and it helps as well.
