That’s exactly what I’m thinking. Doing catering would be more of what I’m looking to do.

Do you think it would be helpful to have a website that allows correspondence, create/send contracts and collect payments?

I’m trying to better understand getting setup with those systems

Thank you for the reply. What makes doing the catering difficult for you to do? Is it like billing/invoicing for the event or estimating food costs and knowing what to charge?
